Does the app work offline?
Yes — saved results and recent searches are available offline. New visa checks require an internet connection.
How many countries are supported?
VisaHub covers 196 countries and territories for both passport and destination selection.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Saved results, recent searches, and trip plans are stored only on your device. We do not collect or store personal data.
What does "Check Embassy" mean?
This means our database does not have specific requirements for that route. Contact the destination country's embassy directly for up-to-date requirements.
Why am I not seeing ads?
If you denied tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), you'll see fewer ads but the app remains fully functional. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → VisaHub.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored locally. To delete it, simply uninstall the app — everything will be removed instantly.
